Introduction

CIO Cockpit users can use the Account Console to edit their password, configure MFA and get an overview of their registered devices and applications.

Change Password

You can change your password at any time using the account console.

• Go to the Account Console. You may have to reauthenticate.
• Click in the Account security tile the Signing in link
• Click in the „Basic Authentication“ paragraph in the row „My password“ the Update button
• Insert your new password into the two input fields and confirm with a click on Submit

Configure MFA

The CIO Cockpit supports MFA with arbitrary OTP applications. Some free apps for your smartphone include „freeOTP“, „authy“ or „andOTP“.

• Go to the Account Console. You may have to reauthenticate.
• Click in the Account security tile the Signing in link
• Click in the „Two-factor authentication“ paragraph onto the Set up authenticator application link
• Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the MFA configuration and finish with Submit
